SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE TERMS

1. Subscription Service

Intellscent offers Scent Oil subscriptions where we send Customer Scent Oils refills on a monthly basis for the Subscription Term at a fixed monthly subscription fee plus tax and shipping costs. Customers entering into a subscription agreement may receive a Diffuser at no cost, contingent on completing the full subscription term.

2. Commitment Terms

Customer must complete the selected subscription term in full (12, 24, or 36 months). Should Customer fail to complete the subscription term, Customer shall be responsible for paying for any Diffusers received at full retail price $479.99 or $379.99.

3. Termination Policy

Early Termination: Customer who seeks to end a subscription prior to the end of the subscription term shall pay a termination fee equal to seventy-five percent (75%) of the total due for the remainder of the Subscription Service term.

4. Auto-Renewal

Subscription shall automatically renew for successive subscription term periods equal to the original subscription term, unless terminated by Customer with at least ninety (90) days prior written notice before the end of the current term.

5. Payment Terms

• Monthly billing via credit card on file
• Credit card processing may include 3.5% processing fee
• Customer must immediately update payment information if card changes
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Returns and Refunds for Subscriptions

Opened Scent Oils are non-returnable as they are considered perishables. Unopened products may be returned within 15 days with valid proof of purchase and RMA number.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Customer pays all shipping and handling charges. Delivery dates are estimates only. Intellscent is not liable for shipping delays.

8. Price Changes

Prices are locked for initial subscription term. Price increases may apply upon renewal.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in Broward County, Florida courts.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
